Return + Shipping Policy
All items are made to order and/or personalized because of this, we are not currently accepting returns. If there was an error on our end, we will gladly replace the product, or issue a store credit. Once your payment has been submitted, we can not alter or change your order in any way. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact me within three days of receiving your order. Once outside of that time frame, there will be zero refund/credits offered.
We currently offer local porch pick up and shipping (for an additional charge). All orders that have opted for porch pick up MUST be picked up within 5 business days. If you haven't picked up your items, you will be automatically charged shipping for your items, and will be unable to opt for porch pick up for future orders. We have a covered porch with a Ring camera so your packages will be secure until you pick them up. I ship packages out daily via USPS & UPS. All packages come with tracking that will be provided to you. We're happy to provide expedited shipping when requested at the customers expense. We do not offer combined shipping at this time.
